SPOILER But seriously, that was a horrific ending. If I understand it right, what you didn't see was thousands of 747's falling out of the sky, people's dialysis machines and pacemakers turning off, oil tankers crashing into each other and ports and people stuck down mine shafts on and on. Six months later, when the food runs out and the plagues and starvation start and people have eaten all the other species for food and the skies are black all the time from the 3 billion fires burning every night because that is the only source of warmth and light...END SPOILER
Hitman
Well that was boring. Also, it didn't make any sense, loads of plot holes and just really over convoluted. Also also, very boring action sequences.
Punisher - War Zone
Now this is how you do pointless violence.
Every action scene is just about how to more and more ridiculously violent things to criminals. Though to be fair, the movie actually has its action climax in the first 15 minutes, this was still good outrageous fun.
Monsters vs. Aliens
Two things I liked about this. One, the female empowerment message. Two, the way they dealt with sense of scale. The main heroine is 50 feet tall. She fights a robot that is 500 feet tall. Then she fights in a ship that houses dozens of these robots. However, despite the interesting animation, this wasn't very funny and really could have easily cut 15-20 minutes.
