Not so cool thing that happened to me recently:

I drink my coffee out of those tiny straws that are so skinny they are only meant to be stirrers.  The other morning, I started blowing bubbles in my searing hot coffee while looking at my computer workstation screen, as I do.  So I wasn’t looking when the bubbles completely managed to creep out of the top of my closed coffee cup, and spill on my hand, desk, papers on my desk, and my pants.  Stupid bubbles in the stupid coffee.

Much more coolerer thing that happened to me recently:

So in the fairly nifty Beauty Bar I walked up to the bar and asked the barman if they had any cider.  “No,” said he, they were all out.  He did however offer me the display model, which I had never even considered.  He blew the dust off of the bottle and poured it into a glass with ice.  Delicious and I have never heard of anybody before getting a drink from one of the wall gallery display models.
