So that was my first wedding of a friend of mine that I went to and was of a similar age to.  Yay Robin and Aaron!

It was quite something, the whole affair was quite the coughexpesivecough shindig.  When we got there, there were like a dozen stations with caterers giving out food, and two open bars, one made of ice, and one not.  That was awesome.

As for the actual getting married part, it was interesting, and much more interesting because someone wrote up a handy guide what all the Hebrew goings on were.  Thanks random thoughtful person!  Also funny (to me) was that the whole ceremony except for like the last line was done with the microphone off.  Also also funny (to Carrie) was that I had to wear a yarmulke during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, there was dancing.  A lot of dancing.  Some of it was regular slow and fast dancing with the band, but a lot of it was that going in a circle kicking the heels up Jewish thing.  And man, that stuff was hardcore, I was getting exhausted just watching.

All in all, a wonderful time was had by all.
